3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Job Seekers' Responsibilities

Job seekers must provide accurate profile information, honestly represent their qualifications, and comply with employer application requirements.

5. Employers' Responsibilities

Employers must post genuine, legal opportunities, comply with applicable labour laws, and not discriminate against candidates on any prohibited basis.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Harassing or discriminating against other users.

7. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant BMOJobs a worldwide licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

8. Payments

Fees for premium services are described at the point of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy

Your use of BMOJobs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

BMOJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.
